Frequently asked questions about pricing

What is considered commercial use?

Commercial use means using Plume for revenue-generating or work-related activities within a for‑profit organization that has two or more employees. Government departments and agencies are considered commercial use, unless registered as a non-profit organization. For all other purposes, you're welcome to use Plume for free using the Basic plan, or pay for the Pro version.

Can I share my license with my family?

For personal use - yes, you may share your license with your immediate family members, which we define as partners, children, and parents living in the same household. However, there's a 5-activations limitation that will still apply to your license.

What is your refund policy?

For the annual Pro plan and the Commercial plan, we offer full refunds within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us with your request and we will process it promptly.

For monthly plans, we do not offer refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at any time.
